With over 17 years of experience through her original business, Budget Cleaning USA, Jeshica is known for her attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to delivering a truly white-glove experience. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels accommodated, cared for, and completely satisfied.
Mikaela Vieira-Martins
Vice President of Operations
With a background in business operations and client experience, she plays a key role in managing the internal systems, schedules, and service execution that keep the company running at a luxury standard.
Drawing on her experience from Budget Cleaning USA, Mikaela ensures that every detail behind the scenes is handled with precision—from client onboarding to team coordination—so the service in the field is seamless, consistent, and elevated.
